anthea maintained offices in Los Angeles for more than 15 years and has been represented by its affiliate Roscoe Enterprises, Inc. since 1994. Individual US-American productions were realized through SPCs – among them THE USUAL SUSPECTS – (with Gramercy/ Polygram/ Spelling/ Columbia – the film won 2 Oscars) and Paul Thomas Anderson's debut HARD EIGHT as well as TOM & JERRY – THE MOVIE (with Turner Entertainment), SIRENS (with Miramax) and LIVING LARGE (with The Samuel Goldwyn Company) to mention a few.

Bel Air Media was founded in 1994 by François Duplat. It primarily produces filmed HDTV recordings of major cultural, opera and ballet events on a world wide basis.

Bel Air Media's clients include among others ARTE, France 2, DIRECT MEZZO, NHK Japan, ZDF, ARD, Rai and Warner Bros. ARTE and NHK often transmit live satellite broadcasts of these important classical productions.

Kino Solln is anthea's upscale cinema (2 screens) in Munich - enabling anthea to monitor latest technical quality standards in exhibition and to collect first hand information on audience development and change.
